BELOW IS A ROUGH EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU SHOULD BE AIMING FOR.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]
MAKING A ROLE PLAY
- You are the master of your own board, so the first thing you must do is post your rules. (For example, one person's board may have a posting order, the other may not.)
- Then post a description of your setting and plot if there is one.
- It's your job to keep the thread organized any way you want, BUT a list of characters involved in the role play should be easy to find and on the first page.
[/li][/ul]
JOINING A ROLE PLAY
- Always ask to join. Who knows if the current board is already flooded with characters?
- If you're allowed to join, you may state your characters which will be linked to on the first page.
- You may find that within the board, the plot or setting is so vast that even though it is taking place on the same thread, all of the characters do not interact together. You may find that you and another player have started a "public one x one." This is normal and 100% okay, and quite familiar with anyone who has done role plays on Neopets, Gaia, and any other mass role play host site.

CHARACTERS
- What kind of character restrictions you have depends on what the rules are on the board you want to join.
- Host all your characters on one thread titled: "NAME'S CHARACTERS."
- When you join a role play, link to your character.
[/li][/ul]
UNIVERSAL RULES
- Put your role play in the appropriate category.
- Put an [M] by your thread if you wish to play mature themes.
- Be respectful and mindful of other players.
- If your board did not begin with an M rating, but may slip into it, make another board with the [M] symbol. Other people way want to continue role playing on the current board, so if you and another player want to continue with the mature board, branch off. You can "come back" once you've finished it.
